CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT

We aim to assist our clients to improve their safety compliance with the overall goal of preventing incidents and injuries to reduce the increasing trend of contractor workers not going home in the same way they went to work.

Our consultants are able to assist in ensuring your contractors meet site safety and compliance requirements. This includes conducting pre-qualification audits of contractor safety systems, plant specifications and other items but also the on-site supervision and management of contractors and contracts to ensure a high safety and compliance performances.

MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

Contractor management systems allow you to understand what and who your contractors are bringing onto site. This information allows for easier auditing against the site/mines SHMS to ensure compliance with safety and contract requirements.
